Boating review form

To ensure your project is meeting its safety and regulatory obligations, an initial boating review form must be completed and sent to OHSE prior to going on the water.

The purpose of this one page form is to ensure registration, training, and any other safety requirements are met. This form is intended for first time projects or projects that have had a major change in scope (change in vessel, crew size, geographic area of operation).

Ongoing projects do not need to fill in a boating review form each time they go out on the water.
